Question:
Can a jury consultant predict with 100% accuracy what will be the outcome of a trial?
Answer:
Depending on the extent of pre-trial research that has been conducted, along with the trial & jury consultants knowledge, expertise, familiarity of a venue and understanding of the jurors attitudes and beliefs, it is fair to say that often times we can predict with accuracy the outcome of the trial even before the case goes to trial.

Question:
Are jurors becoming less inclined to award monetary damages in racially charged cases now that a Black President is in office?
Answer:
No! if a person has been wronged and their Attorney can prove it and persuade jurors that an injustice has been done, most jurors will award damages, unless there is a juror on the panel who is a racist. In which case they will sink the plaintiff's case.

Question:
How far in advance of the start of trial do you begin to work on a case?
Answer:
In some circumstances we often begin pre-trial research months in advance of the trial date. While in other cases we begin working on the case one week prior to the start of trial. Each case has very specific needs and budgets which helps to determine the scope of the work that can be delivered for a case. Please feel free to contact us if you with have an upcoming trial matter.
